High season early - November 1st to December 22nd - $1250.00 per night

High season – December 22nd to December 29th - $1500.00 per night

High season – New years - December 29th to January 2nd - $11000.00 for 5 nights minimum

High season – January 3rd to January 20th – $1350.00

High season late – January 21th to April 1st - $1250.00 per night

Low season – April 2nd to October 31st – $799.00 per night 

Cleaning fee $250.00

Rental rates quoted in U.S. Dollars. Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (US Dollars) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner. 

Rates do not include taxes.

Rates include:

• Daily housekeeping service.

• Groundskeeper/Maintenance service.

• Live-in staff (in private quarters affording you privacy and security).

• Villa Manager/Concierge (off-site).

• Parking (up to 3 cars).

• Bed/bath/beach linen service.

• Use of watersports equipment.

No additional 'service charges' when booking direct.

Rates do not include airport transfers, gratuity, pre-stocking (food and drinks), meal service or  activities/excursions.

Max. occupancy of 12. Rates are based on occupancy of 8 guests. Please add $250/week per person per week for each additional person aged 9 over and $150/week for each additional child aged 9 or under.
